Workshop Description:

Excelixi has designed and implements one more pioneering educational program for owners and executives of hotel units, combining the principles of Project Management with hotel business· the Project Management for Hospitality.

Within 12 hours of education, theory, practical knowledge and Project management tools are analyzed, in order for hotel unit managers to improve their skills in selecting, planning and implementing successful projects in their hotel businesses· projects that meet the requirements regarding time, cost and their initial standards.

Hotel owners or managers are, nowadays, charged with the responsibility of monitoring the hotel on a daily basis, as well as with individual projects concerning upgrading, reorganizing, providing and promoting new services. By following the key principles of Project Management, they will be able to effectively manage smaller or larger projects, having as final aim to improve their business competitiveness.

Aim and Purpose

The program aims at providing the key principles, practical knowledge and tools of Project Management, in order for hotel unit owners or managers to improve their skills in selecting, planning and implementing successful projects in their hotel businesses• projects that meet the requirements regarding time, cost and their initial standards.

After understanding the key principles of Project Management, participants will be called to implement them in realistic project examples regarding the hotel sector. Upon completion of the educational program, they will have in their hands practical tools that they will be able to use in performing the projects they are called to implement.
