Mrs. Eftichia Kasselaki, General Manager, is overseeing both the Branch Network in Greece and the Group Human Resources & Organizational Learning. She joined the Piraeus Bank Group in 1998 in Training and Development Division.  The previous seven years she had worked as an Organizational Psychologist and Management  consultant.

She graduated from National Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Philosophy -  Specialization in Psychology and from the Lancaster University, U.K., where she obtained MA OrganizationaI AnaIysis & Behaviour.

In 2005 she has been proclaimed Quality Leader of the Year by E.E.D.E. and the EFQM, while the Division she has been supervising achieved in 2009 the international distinction “Investors in People”.

She is member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee of Piraeus Bank Group, of the ΕΤVA Fund Sustainability Committee, of the Supervisory & NPL Management Council, as well as Vice President of the Board of the “Centre for Sustainable Entrepreneurship EXCELIXI SA ”.
