Fees
Course fees: 1.400€ including tuition, course material, further social activities (only for the organized ones -not the optional- transportations, tickets, half board) and a certificate of completion.
Early bird: 1.100€, for applications that will be done until 31/05/2017, and the payment will be completed within 10 days from the admission of the application. Group of 5 applicants: 1.000€, for each applicant of the group of 5, from the same University, 400€ discount in the fees, including tuition, course material, further social activities (only for the organized ones -not the optional- transportations, tickets, half board) and a certificate of completion.
Accommodation: 750€ accommodation (in double-occupancy, bed breakfast & half board -14 days - in the hotel of the training centre).

What’s not included in the fees?
Please note that the following are not included in the programme fee, and these additional costs must be incurred by the participant:
- flights to and from Athens
- personal insurance such as travel/medical insurance
- other travel costs for optional, personal visits
- food and beverages unless specified in the itinerary
- Accommodation for friends and family of participants.
How to pay
Payment occurs online by credit card or via bank Transfer.
When submitting payment via bank transfer it is obligatory to follow up your payment with a scan or information confirming your payment. This confirmation must be sent to kpappa@excelixi.org with the subject "Payment, Last Name, First Name"

The fees must be paid up until June 22, 2017, as communicated in the Admissions email and no later than the specific date.
Cancelation policy
In case of cancellation, on your behalf, until June 15, 2017, the whole fee amount will be returned.
In case of cancellation, on your behalf, until the June 22, 2017, the fee amount will be returned by 50% only.
In case of cancellation, on your behalf, after June 22, 2017 no return will be made.
Summer School reserves the right to cancel the Course if it fails to meet the minimum recruitment level four weeks before its commencement. A full refund of the Tuition Fees will be made to the participants in such circumstances.
